We operate an e-shop on the website www.heatcooltech.sk
When providing our services, selling goods and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you contact us in connection with our products and services, we will process the contact details you provide to us, mainly via the contact form. This personal data comprises: name, e-mail and phone number.
For what purpose?
We will use the personal data you send us to contact you regarding our offer of goods and services.
On what legal basis?
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
If you did not provide us with this personal data, we would not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the supply of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process the personal data?
Unless we enter into further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data when making a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data we need from you to conclude a contract for the supply of our goods or services. This is mainly billing data: first name, surname, address, phone number and e-mail.
For what purpose?
We need to process the personal data in order to fulfil our contractual obligations – delivering goods or providing services. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to comply with our obligations under generally binding legislation (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.

For the duration of the supply of goods or provision of services, and then for 10 years from the last provision of such services or supply of goods.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, namely marketing communication targeted at our customers.

II. Who has access to the data?
Your personal data stays with us. Nevertheless, certain companies or other persons work for us and have access to your personal data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:
•the operator of the WooCommerce e-shop platform (Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA)
•companies involved in shipping goods – Slovak Parcel Service (Slovak Parcel Service s.r.o., Senecká cesta 1, Ivanka pri Dunaji 900 28, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 31 329 217)
•companies involved in processing payments – WooPayments (a service operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland)
We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.
